Carl Douglas
Chairman of the Board
Carl has been associated with MMT since 1998, and has served as Chairman of the Board since 2005. He is also Vice-Chairman of Securitas AB and Assa-Abloy AB, Latour AB and Swegon AB. These companies have a combined turnover of well over SEK 100bn and employ upwards of 350,000 people. In each of these companies, Carl and his family own a controlling percentage of the shares.
In 2004 he was awarded His Majesty the King of Sweden’s Medal 8th Order for his role in locating the Swedish Air Force DC-3 missing since 1952.

Johan Berg
Deputy Chairman of the Board
Johan’s background in finance serves us very well. After returning from a 4-year period in the USA, Johan has been the company’s driving force in developing an entrepreneur-operated small firm into a professional and cost-efficient, modern company.

Ola Oskarsson
Board Member
Managing Director
Ola founded MMT in 1976 and has been Managing Director since. He holds a B.Sc. in Marine Biology and Chemistry. He has over 30 years of experience in positioning, surveying bathymetry and software development in these fields. In 2004 he was awarded His Majesty the King of Sweden’s Medal 8th Order for his outstanding skill in locating the Swedish Air Force DC-3 aircraft, missing since 1952.
Ola’s motto is taken from William Shakespeare's Hamlet:
“to take arms against a sea of troubles, and by opposing, end them”

Svante has over 20 years’ experience in Marine Operations. He holds a B.Sc. in Nautical Science and has been associated with MMT since 1997.
