SROV for environmental mapping

We recently attended the annual Marine Geological and Biological Habitat Mapping (GeoHab) conference. The Surveyor Interceptor ROV (SROV) was presented and the focal point was the possible utilisation of the SROV for environmental habitat mapping. The audience was starstrucked!
PhD. Helena Strömberg, Head of Environmental, comments upon the participation: “GeoHab is a good meeting place for us and the scientific and biological community. There is a growing demand out there for keeping a front-line of disruptive technology!”
